The Ryan Batman Williams Foundation is a 501 c(3) non-profit charitiable organization committed to helping those fighting pediatric cancer by both raising awareness and funds for research and to provide care baskets for the families. Family and friends established the foundation in early 2009 in memory of Ryan, a.k.a. “Batman,” a true superhero who bravely battled Neuroblastoma. He earned his angel wings at 5 years of age on July 9, 2008.
What we do
We raise funds through online donations and at our annual golf tournament. Over the years, we have made many donations to Texas Children's Cancer Center...donating over $253,000 for research.
We've donated to Texas Children Cancer Center's Legacy of Love program...providing care to terminal patients and their families.
We delivered a $25,000 check to Texas Children's Cancer Center on 12/31/18
We deliver care baskets, "Little Bags of Sunshine," to the inpatient families at Texas Children's Hospital on the Cancer Floor. Baskets include books, snacks, and toys designed to bring a smile and a "little sunshine" to the children during their hospital stay.
We strive to bring awareness to the struggle of those children battling cancer. We intend to raise awareness during the annual golf tournament. Guest speakers, such as Dr. Heidi Russell, Nurse Laida Juarez, Dr. George Bember, Krystal Leonhardt to educate those in attendance.
We helped Journey Fellowship deliver toys to the Texas Children's Cancer Clinic on 12/31/18
